Problem Statement
The need of a product to elevate user engagement, interaction, and satisfaction within its social-commerce ecosystem. While the platform offers an array of innovative features and functionalities, several UX concerns need to be addressed to provide a seamless, intuitive, and captivating experience for all user categories: brands, advisors, and customers. A product that aims to transform the e-commerce landscape by converging social networking and shopping into a unified platform. However, users currently encounter usability bottlenecks and interaction hurdles that hinder the platform from reaching its full potential. While the app offers brands unprecedented control over their stores and advisors a novel revenue stream, there are challenges surrounding seamless navigation, intuitive communication, and effective engagement.
Solution
To overcome the existing UX challenges and achieve the objectives, the product will embark on a comprehensive redesign initiative. This will involve iterative user testing, feedback incorporation, and implementation of enhanced communication features, ensuring real-time connectivity between brands, advisors, and customers. Furthermore, intuitive navigation and streamlined content presentation will be prioritized to empower users to effortlessly explore the app's offerings and engage with the ecosystem.

Research
The client was cleared about the requirement and previous case studies and wanted to translate few new ideas like an flow of influencer where User who logeed in as an infulencer can directly connect with merchant and promote their products. fTo fullfill this requirement it was important to understand that what are influencer feeling about this idea. Do they feel the same way or not.
User Interviews
To understand the user who are active influencer, few questions were asked to go deeper about this idea.
How much time does it take to connect with market store owners and get the deal for promotion?
Do market owner looks for something to check the background history?
Do you use any platform to connect with the customer and stores on same platform?
Do you use any platform to set media content where store owner and influencer can collaborate at the same time?

Define
After careful studying the research reports from end clients, the User research and market research was targeting to gain insights into user behaviors, requirements, and motivations using methods such as observation, task analysis etc. the conclusion was the result of qualitative and quantitative analysis research methods, gathering good no of responses and conducted interviews with 10+ participants for each feature list
