The Goals

The development of this product necessitated a comprehensive understanding of each intricate step, incorporating numerous documents, diverse forms, and approvals from legal and banking professionals. The client's primary objective was to conceive an all-encompassing CRM solution, addressing every customer requirement. These include authenticating ownership, verifying property details, confirming encumbrance, evaluating property worth, interfacing with attorneys, and broadcasting public notice, all whilst ensuring an unparalleled user experience.

Objectives

  • To bridge the communication gap and create a bond between house owners, tenants, management, property dealers, lawyers & banking managers.

  • Instant verification of property details with real-time government record data and information available on a public platform.

  • A user-friendly interface and workflow that must make it easy for non-tech savvy people to register themselves and speed up the real estate process that includes pre-sanction of mortgage loans, detect property frauds and curtail property-related malpractice divisions.

Developing such a product necessitated an in-depth comprehension of each step, incorporating a range of forms and validations from lawyers and bankers. User Research

After carefully studying the research reports from end clients, the User research and market research was targeting to gain insights into user behaviors, requirements, and motivations using methods such as observation, task analysis etc. the conclusion was the result of Qualitative and quantitative analysis research methods, gathering good no of responses and conducted interviews with 10+ participants for each feature list

Interview Questions

It almost took 2 weeks to understand the processes of property verification and ownership verification. In the interviewing process with different users, it took 100+ questions to understand the requirements. Few of theme are here below:

“I’m a Lawyer. The process of buying, purchasing and managing multiple properties have been overwhelming process to me. I need an interface that can help me to navigate processes of every clients.

Situation

Harshil is in a multiple property owner working 6-9 shifts. He lives alone in Mumbai thus manages all the chores by himself. During his regulars working days, he is not able to manage the work related his multiple properties in different states. He also found it difficult to manage the record of each and every client where documents are pending or need approval from client or government.

Wants to know if there is any pending property tax, current state of property ownership process, legal issue if there is any while getting ownership of property.
